About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Course Coordinator to join our team at Oxford Summer Courses. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students from around the world and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Student Engagement: Building relationships with students, creating a positive atmosphere, and encouraging student participation
  • Activity Delivery: Supporting the delivery of social and cultural activities, including day trips and restaurant visits
  • Course Administration: Assisting with general course administration, including ensuring students are on time and in the right place for academic sessions
About You
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You can motivate and engage young people
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Right to work in the UK
Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
