We are seeking an experienced Library Manager to lead our team in the Tewkesbury area. As a key member of our Library Services team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our libraries in Tewkesbury, Churchdown, Bishops Cleeve, and Winchcombe.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of managing teams with a focus on performance and development. You will bring a clear and effective communication style, time management, and the ability to prioritise through change. You will also have a focus on meeting deadlines and a proven track record of meeting compliance in areas including buildings, health & safety, and data collection.
