About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Library Manager to join our team in the Tewkesbury Area. As a key member of our library services team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our libraries in the Tewkesbury area, including Tewkesbury, Churchdown, Bishops Cleeve, and Winchcombe libraries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the libraries and teams across the geographical area
  • Develop the skills, training, and performance within your team
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers and partners
  • Work closely with partners and within the local communities to deliver and support a varied range of activities and events
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of managing teams with a focus on performance and development. You will bring time management and the ability to prioritise through change in order to ensure that service provision is maintained. We need your clear and effective communication style to connect and deliver across your sites and the within the wider service and County.
