About the Role
As a Life Skills Tutor, you will work closely with Assist Trust members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. This involves gaining essential skills, understanding real-life expectations, and becoming more self-sufficient. You will need to be organized, professional, and able to build strong relationships with individuals and their families.

Your Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £23,088 per annum, pro rata (£12 per hour), and a range of benefits, including six-month induction period with comprehensive training, regular supervision and support, career progression opportunities, person-centered support, an open-door policy, free car parking, and access to our staff allotment at Heath Gardens. Additionally, you will receive 20 days holiday entitlement rising each year to a maximum of 25, plus bank holidays and an extra week at Christmas. We also offer yearly team-building/wellbeing activity days, flexible working arrangements, and access to our employee scheme with benefits such as support for dental and optician costs, 24-hour GP access, mental health support, and more.
