Nursery Quality Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Practitioner to drive quality improvements across our nurseries in the Northeast / Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal inspections and develop targeted plans to address any areas of concern.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers and other senior staff to implement new initiatives and policies.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in EYFS and Safeguarding.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager with expertise in EYFS and Safeguarding.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Annual salary: £54,000 - £65,000.
  • Pension scheme and comprehensive benefits package.
