Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services and ensure they meet the needs of our business.

This role involves managing and coordinating IT services, including network systems, software applications, and other related services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of IT services to meet business needs and expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure services are delivered as agreed.
  • Develop and implement service delivery standards and processes.
  • Monitor and report on IT service performance, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and issues related to IT services.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in IT service delivery and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide 3rd line support for technicians.
  • Manage and maintain stock.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Technical Requirements
  • Experience in maintaining ITSM tools.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with print troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Azure troubleshooting.
  • Experience with the M365 suite.
  • Experience imaging and maintaining device images.
  • Experience with MDM and ABM.
