Job Description

Job Title: Customer and Trading Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer and Trading Manager. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of managers to ensure the smooth operation of our convenience store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
