Job Title: Head of Management Training

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our team in the development of complex algorithms and subsystem models. As a Head of Management Training, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the technical development of the Seeker performance on cutting-edge hardware
  • Bridging gaps between different specialist skill groups to deliver coherent and complete performance models
  • Encouraging innovation and process improvements
  • Developing scene generation capabilities and defining studies to explore the performance envelope
  • Leading the team in the development of algorithms and the modelling framework required to produce software
