Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Credit Management Lead to join our team in Michael Page Australia. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable team and overseeing the credit process to ensure it aligns with company policy.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in an AR or credit role. They will also possess strong knowledge of AR principles and best practices, excellent leadership and team management skills, and proficiency in SAP accounting software.

In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling and allocating debtor statements, collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, and monitoring team performance while providing regular feedback. You will also manage client relationships and resolve any AR-related issues, assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting & Finance department.

The estimated salary for this position is AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful applicant will have opportunities for professional development and career progression in a positive and supportive company culture.
