RPS Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and preventing adverse health effects arising from workplace activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct health surveillance and screening procedures to identify potential health risks.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement health promotion programs.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- RGN qualified with a post-registration qualification in Occupational Health.
- Experience in all aspects of occupational health service delivery, including health service delivery, case management, and health surveillance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel with some overnight stays.
