As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and preventing adverse health effects arising from workplace activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on occupational health matters to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct health surveillance and screening procedures to identify potential health risks.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement health promotion programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • RGN qualified with a post-registration qualification in Occupational Health.
  • Experience in all aspects of occupational health service delivery, including health service delivery, case management, and health surveillance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel with some overnight stays.
