In this pivotal role as a Business Growth Manager at Givaudan, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our business relationships with key accounts in the UK market. About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in designated accounts to position Givaudan as their preferred supplier.
  • Create and implement strategic account development plans (ADPs) that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new business development.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, and terms for key accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, sales, marketing) and 4-6 years of successful sales or marketing experience in the food or related industry. You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade partners at various levels.
