Junior Insurance Analyst

In your role within the Binding Authority Management Team, you will engage in a monthly cycle of activities that support the oversight of insurance transactions for our clients, who insure a diverse range of businesses from airlines to sports teams.

You will collaborate closely with our clients to deliver a thorough database of documented business and will be tasked with nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive ongoing enhancements in the delivery and quality of our services.

Your work will focus on achieving pre-established targets to ensure compliance with internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) and objectives.

Working Hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Updating and managing monitoring spreadsheets Accurately inputting data Addressing client inquiries Adhering to internal and external regulatory standards Triaging and processing all incoming information and correspondence Collaborating with brokers and third parties to gather precise information Engaging in ad-hoc project work and other relevant tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in the insurance sector or a regulated industry is preferred. Familiarity with an office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to interpret and manipulate data clearly and accurately, with a knack for identifying key issues. Capacity to meet tight deadlines within a team setting, showcasing strong motivational, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
