Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and support to our business teams, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans and strategies to support business growth and objectives.
- Financial Operations: Manage and maintain financial systems and processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Intercompany Activities: Support the intercompany processes for our partner, including managing the processing of TSA and STSA.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular financial reports and analysis to management, including monthly updates and ad-hoc analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including SSC and business teams, to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
- Strong Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge of M&A: Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including financial analysis and due diligence.
- Fully Qualified Accountant: Certified public accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
- Experience with Oracle and/or SAP: Experience with financial systems and software, including Oracle and/or SAP.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
