Our ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a sommelier background, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Collaborate with our Head Sommelier in leading the wine service team to uphold the highest standards.
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, ensuring each guest receives personalized guidance in their wine selections.
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of wine pairings to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Show a commitment to cultivating a sophisticated and memorable atmosphere in our 3 Rosette Cliveden Dining Room.
  • Display a keen interest in continuous refinement of the wine programme to exceed the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Be proactive and quick-thinking, contributing to the seamless execution of our exceptional wine service at Cliveden House.
