About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. This is a fantastic chance to work in a 'live-in' position, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our retirement development.

As a Residential Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, coordinating activities, and liaising with owners, contractors, and suppliers. You will have a passion for delivering high-quality services and a strong background in administration and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge
  • Coordinate activities and events for owners
  • Liaise with owners, contractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office applications
