Job Description:

The Residential Lodge Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring the safety and security of the development, and providing exceptional customer service to owners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience of working in a similar environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge
  • Coordinate activities and events for owners
  • Liaise with owners, contractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office applications
