Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Randstad Cpe London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the setting out team with their tasks, coordinating with contractors for efficient project delivery, and overseeing the performance and development of M&E Sub-Contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setting out team's tasks, coordinating with contractors for efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee and contribute to the performance and development of M&E Sub-Contractors.
  • Contribute to financial forecasting and project planning to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

  • HNC/Degree in Construction, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), or a related field.
  • CSCS Card: White (Manager/Technical), White-Yellow, Red (Experienced Worker), Black (Manager), or Gold (Supervisor).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in site engineering, particularly in highways and deep drainage.
  • Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
