Civil Engineer Project Manager

Ferrovial Construction is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that any variances are identified and addressed promptly.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with relevant regulations and codes of practice.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other key partners to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
Requirements
- Proven experience of working on complex infrastructure projects, including civil engineering and construction.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, monitor and control project costs, and ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
