Community Registered Nurse - District Nursing

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our District Nursing Team in the Leigh on Sea area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes, working closely with local GPs and other healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Screening referrals and providing planned and unplanned care to patients in the community
  • Liaising with local GPs and other members of the multidisciplinary team
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of patients
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (Parts 1 or 2) qualification
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
