About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Expedite dishes from the kitchen to the front of house designated area in a professional manner, paying attention to cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure that dishes with special requirements are expedited to the right table and thoroughly labelled.
- Complete morning opening mise-en-place on time and closing duties, maintaining a high level of menu knowledge to ensure our guests receive the best experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations to guests.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
