Job Description:

  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create and execute comprehensive plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Manage Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contract updates and renewals.

Requirements:

  • Account Management Experience: Proven ability to maximise accounts and build relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and creative in finding solutions to challenges and addressing client concerns.
