- We are looking for a talented Sales Account Specialist to join our team in Wednesbury, ENG - WS10 9LZ.
Job Description:
- Develop Strategic Plans: Create and execute comprehensive plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Build Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contract updates and renewals.
Requirements:
- Account Management Experience: Proven ability to maximise accounts and build relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and creative in finding solutions to challenges and addressing client concerns.
