About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Support Secretary for the Post Covid Syndrome Service. The successful candidate will be able to work remotely for Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The Post Covid Syndrome Service is a new initiative aimed at supporting individuals who have experienced long-term effects of COVID-19. As a Support Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient delivery of the service.

Main Responsibilities

Provide high-quality administrative support to the team, including data collection and reporting, and ensuring effective communication between team members, patients, and other stakeholders.

Manage and prioritize your workload, using your initiative to complete tasks without direct supervision.

Requirements

Good standard of education, including GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.

NVQ Level 3 qualification in administration or equivalent level of experience.

RSA 3 Typewriting skills or equivalent level of experience.

Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office or similar applications.

Desirable

Healthcare or NHS administrative experience.

Experience of RiO and Maxims.
