Land Acquisition Specialist

As a Land Acquisition Specialist at Miller Homes Limited, you will play a crucial role in identifying and negotiating land and development opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with land owners, agents, and Housing Associations to facilitate the exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completion.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in land acquisition, preferably in a house building environment. Strong negotiation, communication, numeracy, report writing, data analysis, IT proficiency (MS Excel), project management, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
A good standard of written English is vital, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines. The position involves travel, requiring a full driving licence.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
