Land Director for Land Acquisition and Management

Vistry Group is seeking an experienced Land Director to lead the acquisition and management of land in our North East Midlands region. This is a key role that will play a vital part in our business strategy.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the land department, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and overseeing the acquisition of land to maintain a high-quality land bank.
- This involves managing resources and personnel to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for land acquisition and management.
- Lead a team of professionals in the land department, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in land acquisition, management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the property market and industry trends.
