As a key member of the Senior Clinical Team, you will be responsible for delivering the strategic vision and plan for the theatre department and hospital, while ensuring excellent customer and stakeholder outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Line management for lead practitioners and acting as theatre manager in their absence
  • Participating in and managing the duty lead rota
  • Coordinating theatre staff activities and ensuring efficient theatre operations
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and customer experience
  • Leading and developing a high-performing theatre team to achieve clinical excellence
Requirements
  • Previous theatre leadership experience and skills
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills
  • Professional registration with the NMC/HCPC
  • Microsoft and Excel experience
  • Leadership and management experience
