Job Title: Senior Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team in the Anaesthetics department at Circle Health Group.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, where you will be responsible for delivering safe and high-quality care to patients during their peri-operative phase of care. You will also support the management and organisation of care within the operating department, providing quality planned care for patients and ensuring all team members deliver quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and high-quality care to patients during their peri-operative phase of care
  • Support the management and organisation of care within the operating department
  • Provide quality planned care for patients and ensure all team members deliver quality patient care
  • Lead in the delivery of patient care, during a list or specified period of time
  • Ensure patient safety checks are carried out in accordance with policy and all practitioners adhere to the policy
  • Contribute to quality improvement and develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self
  • Promote best evidence-based practice within own scope of practice
  • Apply legislation, policies, and procedures correctly
