About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Practice Nurse to join our team at Rothwell & Desborough Healthcare Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based practice to manage patients with long-term conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective delivery of nursing services
  • Develop and maintain clinical skills in areas such as infection prevention and control, chronic disease management, and health promotion
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Provide education and support to patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Experience in general practice or a related field
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
