About the Role
The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Upper GI care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex Upper GI conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans to improve patient outcomes
- Provide expert advice and support to nursing and medical staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development of policy and procedures to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a strong background in Upper GI care
- Experience in a Specialist Nursing role, preferably in an acute hospital setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
