About the Role

voco Reading Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Front Office Manager in ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
  • Communicate effectively with the wider hotel team and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Lead and motivate the Guest Services team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Front of House department of a hotel in a Duty Management or Team Leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in training and implementing processes and audits
  • Good understanding of systems to support driving results – Opera, Microsoft suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
