Multifaceted Office Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist/Facilities Officer to join our team in Croydon and cover other sites within the region. This role is responsible for ensuring the office estate is safe, secure, and compliant with statutory regulations while providing colleagues and customers with a clean and well-maintained workplace that promotes productivity.
The office must be well maintained to the agreed standard, meeting all lease obligations and guaranteeing effective, cost-efficient expenditure. The Property and Facilities department must deliver exceptional service to stakeholders, colleagues, and customers.
This position requires a confident and effective communicator who can represent the Property and Facilities department professionally. Travel across regions may be required, with occasional visits to designated office bases and other Clarion offices.
