Salary
- The successful candidate can expect a salary of £33,516.00 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Team Manager to join our teams within the Hampshire region. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care facilities, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained at all times.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to promote the well-being and empowerment of our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored support plans that meet their unique needs.
