Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary management team to develop services and drive positive change.
  • Utilize portfolio evidence in your training, mirroring that delivered by higher specialty training programmes.
Main Duties
  • Develop regional services, including crisis care, aligned with Welsh Government priorities.
  • Instrumental in creating new inpatient services and interfaces with community teams.
  • Teach and train postgraduate clinical staff, utilizing your expertise in psychiatry.
