Clinical Lead for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services

An exciting opportunity has become available within children's services, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in the London Borough of Havering. We are seeking a full-time enthusiastic Clinical Lead who will lead and drive the service forward, working on embedding the i-thrive framework with key stakeholders across Health, Social Care, and Education.
Main Duties of the JobYou will be required to have strong clinical management skills, with a wide skill set of clinical intervention and knowledge to provide direct and indirect supervision, and drive patient experience. You will also lead and support a range of service development and Quality Improvement initiatives, requiring knowledge around change methodology and Qi principles.
Working for Our OrganisationNELFT places a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks, including mandatory training, systems training, and the allocation of equipment.
Probationary PeriodThis post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless they are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
High-Cost Area SupplementThis post also attracts payment for a High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,551 and a maximum payment of £5,735) pro rata for part-time staff.

- Has relevant CPD and/or additional qualifications
Experience
- Extensive experience in Children's Mental Health
- Can demonstrate skills in Audit and Research
- Experience in managing patient safety and risk management
- Handling sensitive and confidential information
Knowledge & Skills
- NHS Priorities and Issues
- Maintain confidentiality/data protection
- Clear communication skills, including excellent writing, data entry, and presentation skills
- Able to construct and deliver clear information/instructions to others
