Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP System Administrator to join our team. As an ERP System Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP system, Epicor Kinetic. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing BPMs and BAQs, supporting and customizing dashboards, and troubleshooting system issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP System Management
    • Manage and optimize BPMs and BAQs within the Epicor Kinetic ERP system
    • Support and customize dashboards and other user interface elements
  • System Troubleshooting
    • Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor system issues to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Data Integration and Reporting
    • Utilize SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS for data integration and reporting tasks
    • Automate and schedule exports and reports
  • Database Management
    • Utilize Microsoft SQL and related tools to create and optimize queries
    • Oversee and maintain automated report generation and task scheduling
  • System Development and Testing
    • Participate in system development, testing, and deployment phases
  • User Support
    • Actively address and resolve Epicor-related issues and user requests
  • Business Intelligence
    • Manage business intelligence dashboards and datasets to facilitate informed decision-making
  • System Implementations and Upgrades
    • Assist in ERP system implementations and upgrades
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure and maintain a safe working environment by adherence to HSE requirements
    • Complete Hazard Tags where required and competent to do so
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Support continuous improvement activities and initiatives
  • Housekeeping
    • Ensure housekeeping within work area is maintained at the highest-level ensuring adherence to BRC accreditation and standards at all times

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Proven experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP system, including customization and ongoing support
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in SQL for reporting and data analysis purposes
    • Familiarity with database management principles
  • Personal Qualities
    • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across all organizational levels
    • Excellent project management abilities, adept at prioritization and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
    • Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
