London, Greater London, United Kingdom H&P Executive Search Full time

H&P Executive Search is partnering with a leading technology firm to find a highly experienced Data Privacy Lawyer to join their UK legal team. This role involves providing strategic advice on data privacy matters across various regions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including commercial, product, and engineering teams, to support the development of innovative AI products and features. Key responsibilities include advising on online marketing activities, keeping abreast of evolving privacy legislation, and assisting in implementing new legal requirements.

In this role, you will also play a key part in reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements that have specific privacy implications, as well as contributing to the company's long-term data protection strategy.
