We are recruiting an exceptional Safety Excellence Professional to join our team, responsible for providing professional EHS advisory and training services to our clients. With a salary in the range of £60,000 per annum, this role offers a rewarding career opportunity, including 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays, Employer's Pension Scheme, and Health and Wellbeing Support.

The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH General Certificate qualification and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally from an automotive or engineering background. Experience of COSHH with paint and chemicals is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to customer, corporate, and government requirements
  • Proactive Incident Management: Oversee accident and incident investigations and implement effective remedial measures
  • Continuous Improvement Advocate: Establish and maintain corrective action processes to address safety concerns and compliance gaps
