Establish a culture of safety excellence as an Automotive Health and Safety Lead, responsible for providing professional EHS advisory and training services to our clients. With a salary in the range of £60,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive compensation package, including 25 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays, Employer's Pension Scheme, and Health and Wellbeing Support.

The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH General Certificate qualification and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally from an automotive or engineering background. Experience of COSHH with paint and chemicals is also essential.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Occupational Health Manager to lead our EHS strategy and promote a culture of safety excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to customer, corporate, and government requirements, overseeing accident and incident investigations, and refining processes to align with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Guidance and Expertise: Provide expert advice to promote a culture of safety excellence
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to customer, corporate, and government requirements
  • Proactive Incident Management: Oversee accident and incident investigations and implement effective remedial measures
  • Continuous Improvement Advocate: Establish and maintain corrective action processes to address safety concerns and compliance gaps
