Job OverviewMain Accountabilities
  1. Conduct thorough nursing assessments and produce high-quality reports, informing individual care plans.
  2. Collaborate with the management team to drive continuous improvement and excellence in quality.
  3. Engage in ongoing professional development to expand knowledge and skills in nursing.
  4. Administer medications safely and accurately, following healthcare procedures and regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
