Job Description

As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you'll play a vital role in supporting the operation of one of our modern pharmacies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately dispensing medication to our customers while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
  • Talking to customers and offering information in a confident, friendly, and professional manner, providing them with an excellent service experience.
  • Supporting and delivering pharmacy services according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assessing the legal appropriateness of dispensed prescriptions and dealing with clinical and legal queries from healthcare practitioners within your area of competence.
  • Responding to customer queries in relation to prescription medicines and informing the pharmacist of any complaints.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience or qualifications gained from working in a pharmacy environment.
  • A desire to train and develop into the pharmacy field.
