Care Professional with Vulnerable Adults

A full-time opportunity exists for a Support Worker to join our team at Banstead Road. This role is suitable for an individual who is caring, motivated, and friendly.
The shift pattern includes long days (07:30am - 20:00pm or 19:30pm - 08:00am) and short days (07:30am - 14:00pm or 13:30pm - 20:00pm). The ideal candidate will be able to work 12 hour or 6 hour shifts as required.
Job Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily life tasks including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS IN ACHIEVING THEIR GOALS AND MAXIMISING INDEPENDENCE.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Banstead Road is home to six adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. Our location offers easy access to local amenities and public transport links.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of six months' experience as a care worker.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
