Lead Care Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Home Manager to join our team at Ridgemount care home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and resident satisfaction.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing residential care homes, with a strong focus on quality care, staff development, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining excellent relationships with residents, families, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, including staff management, resident care, and administrative tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to care staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices and policies.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individualized and person-centered approaches.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
We offer a competitive salary range of £43,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and discounts on shopping, holidays, and more.
