Job Title: Senior Interactive Designer - Ad Innovation

About the Role:

Dow Jones is seeking an experienced Senior Interactive Designer to join our Ad Innovation team. As a key member of our rich media studio, you will be responsible for designing and producing interactive ad units that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement interactive ad templates, including design, layout, functionality, and custom event tracking
  • Collaborate with the Ad Innovation Executive Director and Sr. Interactive Design Manager to define and execute best practices for performance, speed, and scalability
  • Work with the project management team to service client requests and ensure seamless campaign builds
  • Contribute to the development of new ad products and implement best practices for performance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant design and ad product development experience
  • Knowledge of Celtra or comparable interactive studio platforms, including template management and custom event tracking implementation
  • Portfolio featuring past work and experience with ad templates
  • Strong understanding of intuitive UI/UX and ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work in a client-oriented setting
