Senior Interaction Designer

We are seeking a skilled Interaction Designer to join our dynamic team at BrightBox Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces and experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and iterate interaction design concepts based on user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interaction design.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in interaction design or a related role.
  • Proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design documentation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interaction design projects and processes.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
