Job Title: Child Development Officer

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors and our schools to develop innovative partnerships and build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the work of the Trust through the identification and facilitation of projects that improve outcomes for children and increase capacity within the Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations, community groups, and stakeholders to support the growth and development of the Trust.
  • Identify and facilitate projects that improve outcomes for children and increase capacity within the Trust.
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors and schools to develop and implement strategies that support the Trust's objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the Trust's work.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff and volunteers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of organization development, ideally with partnership and networking experience.
