Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Risk Lead to join our Digital and Technology Group at the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency. This is a key role in our cyber security team, supporting the Senior Information Risk Owner to deliver the agency's security agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Embed a strong information security risk management framework aligned to industry and government best practice.
  • Conduct information security risk assessments and implement strong security measures.
  • Communicate information security risks and threats to non-technical colleagues.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure security requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced cyber and information security environment.
  • Experience of conducting information security risk assessments and using cyber risk management techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed security risk decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with non-technical colleagues.

Benefits

  • Salary: £34,841.
