**Job Summary**
Cranleigh Scientific Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Resilience Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all SHEQ aspects of the business, conducting regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections, and developing and implementing SHEQ policies, procedures, and programmes to promote a culture of safety and quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee and manage all SHEQ aspects of the business, including safety, health, environment, and quality.
* Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections across various sites.
* Develop and implement SHEQ policies, procedures, and programmes to promote a culture of safety and quality.
* Deliver SHEQ training and awareness programmes to employees and contractors.
* Liaise with external bodies, including regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
* Prepare and present SHEQ performance reports to senior management.
**Requirements**
* NEBOSH qualification is essential.
* Proven experience as a SHEQ Manager within the utilities, waste, or civils sectors.
* Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role.
