About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at Coburg Banks Limited.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from generating new contacts to aftercare once a package is in place. This role requires excellent planning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and visit existing and potential commissioners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales process, including generating new contacts and providing aftercare support
  • Work independently to visit existing and potential commissioners
  • Market the organisation and services using smart platforms
  • Project manage and liaise with operational and clinical teams
  • Generate new packaging recommendations through structured business development
  • Finalise submissions and bid documents for new business
  • Review and resolve new business pricing
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Create effective and lasting relationships with all stakeholders
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within/with complex care, social care or NHS, commercially aware and sales driven with target focused approach. Experience of writing bids and responding to tenders is also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £55,000 plus an uncapped bonus and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Additional benefits include a pension scheme and Blue Light Card for shopping.
