Role: 2nd Line Support Technician

Location: UK

Salary: £32,500

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Job Summary

The 2nd Line Support Technician role is responsible for providing technical support for a leading renewable energy company. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to the relevant support channels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with experience in IT support and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
