Power Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Power Systems Engineer to join our team at HSB Technical Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining power systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Installation: Design and install power systems to meet customer requirements and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on power systems to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Load Bank Testing and Site Surveys: Conduct load bank testing and site surveys to assess the condition of power systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Commissioning and Testing: Commission and test power systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Temporary Equipment Installation: Install temporary hire equipment, including generator sets and UPS systems, on customer sites as required.
- Engineering Qualification: Hold an engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent) or have relevant experience in similar environments.
- Full UK Driving License: Possess a full UK driving license to travel around the Hampshire area.
- Travel Requirements: Required to travel around the Hampshire area to perform work on customer sites.
