The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving our sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and sales excellence.
  • Manage the sales floor and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in a premium or luxury brand.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members.
